Job Summary |

| Samsung E&A is looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, coordinating and managing EPC project activities. The selected candidate will support engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, systems completion and final project handover while ensuring safety, quality and technical compliance throughout the project lifecycle. |
Roles & Responsibilities |

- Review ITB contracts and identify project scope of work.
- Ensure technical integrity and compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor project activities to achieve schedule, quality and cost targets.
- Prepare project execution plans and participate in gate review meetings.
- Develop project scope, deliverables and document management systems.
- Coordinate with Client Engineering, Operations and Maintenance teams.
- Review technical submittals submitted by contractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate Technical Bid Evaluation and prepare Technical Evaluation Reports.
- Monitor engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
- Manage project issues, claims and vendor/client coordination.
- Prepare engineering reports and project progress updates.
- Review cost estimates, specifications and material changes.
- Support interface management and schedule monitoring.
- Identify project risks and prepare mitigation strategies.
- Maintain project deliverables and interface status.
- Support commissioning, punch clearance and project handover activities.
- Coordinate with clients, government authorities and third-party agencies.
- Prepare Close-Out Binder (COB) documentation after project completion.
