• Candidates must possess the prescribed full-time regular Diploma qualification approved by AICTE.
• The age limit is 18 to 25 years as on 01 July 2026.
• UR, EWS and OBC (NCL) candidates must have at least 60% aggregate marks.
• SC/ST/PwBD candidates against reserved vacancies must have at least 50% aggregate marks.
• Relevant post-qualification experience or apprenticeship training must meet the requirement prescribed for the respective position.
• The experience cut-off date is 01 July 2026.
• Applicable age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates will be provided as per Government / Presidential Directives.

Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT)

The first stage of the selection process is a Computer Based Test. The examination will consist of 100 questions carrying 1 mark each. Candidates will get 120 minutes to complete the examination.

Stage 2: Skill Proficiency Test (SPT)

Candidates qualifying in the Computer Based Test according to the cut-off marks decided by BPCL will be shortlisted for the Skill Proficiency Test. The SPT is intended to assess the practical skills and proficiency relevant to the respective position.

Stage 3: Pre-Employment Medical Examination

Candidates shortlisted through the selection process will be required to meet the prescribed medical fitness standards. Final appointment will be subject to successfully clearing the BPCL Pre-Employment Medical Examination.

• Only prescribed Diploma qualifications obtained through a full-time regular course approved by AICTE should be considered.
