IB MTS Eligibility Criteria 2025
Educational Qualification
- Candidate must have passed Matriculation (10th) from a recognized board.
- Candidate must possess the domicile certificate of the state they apply for.
Age Limit
- Minimum: 18 Years
- Maximum: 25 Years (as on 14 December 2025)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST : +5 years
- OBC : +3 years
- PwBD : 10–15 years
- Widows/divorced women : up to 35–40 years
- Ex-servicemen : as per govt norms
IB MTS Salary 2025
- Pay Level: Level-1
- Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹56,900
- Special Security Allowance: +20% of basic pay

IB MTS Selection Process 2025
The selection will be done through the following stages:
1. Tier-I (Objective Test) – 100 Marks
- General Awareness – 40 marks
- Quantitative Aptitude – 20 marks
- Reasoning – 20 marks
- English – 20 marks
- Negative marking: ¼ mark
2. Tier-II (Descriptive Test) – 50 Marks
- Basic English comprehension
- Paragraph writing (150 words)
- Qualifying nature (Minimum 20 marks required)
